Learning leadership at the conductor's podium
Our Maestro Workshop is a special format within our Communication Training Vienna offering. You step in front of a real chamber orchestra and conduct it. In that moment, it becomes visible what leadership truly means. How you create clarity without words, how you transmit energy, and how you carry responsibility when all eyes rest on you.
This experience changes how you see your own leadership behavior. Many participants report that after the workshop they communicate more consciously and perceive employees differently. Behind Podium Talent stands Michael Gutierrez. Born a native English speaker, trained as a professional musician at the Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra, and active in the business world for over ten years. This combination is rare, and that is exactly what makes the difference. You work with someone who masters language, stage, and business in equal measure.
In the background stands an experienced team of trainers, coaches, and consultants with proven expertise. Together we support clients in Vienna, throughout the surrounding area from Mödling to Klosterneuburg, in the DACH region, and in European metropolises such as London. Kevin Daly is an international training and development specialist with extensive organizational development experience. He holds an MBA in Business and is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI), Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360, and the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory (ICS). He has led hundreds of seminars throughout Europe working together with talents, managers and leaders with a particular focus on communication, intercultural competence, leadership, and team development.

Senior Consultant & Trainer
Liz Lux is an international training and development specialist with over 25 years experience working for large international organisations. She has a particular focus and passion in Executive & Leadership Development, Development & Execution of Strategy, Intercultural Relationships, Communication, and Team Building.
She holds a diploma in Adult Education & Assessment, is certified in various HR psychometric tools such as Hermann Brain Dimension Instrument (HBDI), Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI) & Life Styles Inventory LSI 360°.
J.C. Kole
Senior Consultant & Trainer
J.C. is an international training and development specialist with an M.A. and an Ed.M in counseling psychology from Columbia University, where he specialized in Cross Cultural and Multi-Cultural psychology. He has led hundreds of seminars in over 25 countries, training thousands of business professionals to be better managers and leaders. J.C. has extensive experience in assessment and competency based interviewing. He has run assessment centers and conducted hundreds of last-round, behavioral-based interviews for organizations. He has also worked with Talent Acquisition teams, Recruitment and hundreds of line managers to fine-tune organizational interviewing processes as well as trained hiring managers on the nuances of objective assessment and interviewing. Other areas of focus include performance management, coaching and feedback, group dynamics and team development, diversity and cross-cultural competence and presentation skills. J.C. is an amateur photographer, an avid cook.

J.D. has extensive global experience working with international organizations as an O.D. consultant, trainer, and executive coach. He holds a master’sdegree in organizational psychology from Columbia University and is certified to administer various coaching assessment instruments, including MBTI, NBI, ECI (emotional intelligence) and PDI’s Profilor 360. As a trainer, he places particular emphasis on strong communication skills and developing the abilities and mindset that help managers develop into leaders.
